The people mentioned in the title of this report were all part owners and business partners of Parker, Ryan & Associated in Sebastian. These people were con-artist that opened a business to get money to make their lives easier. They would close down the company for a day to go have fun and party using clients money! They did drugs in the office at all times and were always drunk! The clients of the collection agency were taken for a ride for millions of dollars! All of the information on the corporation was fictitious as well as the aliases they all had! The main owner Charles Long ended up leaving for the mountains of North Carolina once he found out that the Feds were coming to close them down for tax evasion. Employees showed up for work and none of the owners were anywhere to be found! Employees were left without pay that was owed to them, and when they tried to file for unemployment, no record of them working for the company was found! I think it is sad when the government allows thieves like this to open another business to steal from businesses that put their accounts and trust with them!
