This individual claimed to have a software to sell from a previous business he owened and operated called Parker Ryan & Associates a majority of the business contact names were stolen from a company called Daniels Batton & Klein. He sold this exclusive software to us with us thinking we were the only one with the software. He later stole the software back and opened a company competing against us directly for the customers we purchased from him. To make matter worst he swindled u sinto loaning him 5,500.00 for "personal reasons" and signed a promissory note which he never repaid. If you are an attorney or collection agency who reports to the credit bureaus and would like to try to collect this money please notify us.
