I purchased a notebook, paid money for it. When I delivered it to get a refund I had been informed I'd need to delay 7 to 10 times to get a refund check despite the fact that I paid money for it. It has been12 times however no reimbursement. I named customer support, was informed my check could be released 12-24-09 and could be shipped to me. They didnt wait 7 to 10 times to consider my cash, why must I need to delay. I'm really pissed and certainly will never store there again. I am informing everybody so that they may quit also. It a disgrace as restricted as cash is now. I cant complete my buying due to them. I can visit walmart from today on.
