Ordered cigs. On Dec. 7, took money out of bank on Dec. 10, $174.03, have not recieved them yet

I ordered 8 cartons of cigarettes on Dec. 7, They took money ($174.03) out of my bank account on Dec. 10th, never received them did get a confirmation number... No shipping report. I did send them a letter with my name, address, phone#, and a request for either my cigarettes or money back.
