We bought a Nikon D5000 with additional VR 55-200 lense for $900. We were informed we'd 10 times to come back the camera if we were disappointed and might obtain complete reimbursement, nevertheless, the camera and components would need to be set aside as nicely as when bought and we did this. We settled $549 with this bank card and $360 money. We used the camera and determined we desired to proceed more Expert. We got the camera back again to Ritz Camera in Frankfort, Illinois, everything completely intact. They place our money-back on our bank card (is likely to be therein a couple of days) but our $360 money wasn't delivered. Their plan is:
They delivered a demand for their Corporate Hq in Baltimore to possess your 'money' returned by check. We shall 'never' actually actually conduct business with Ritz Camera again. They didn't reveal they'd maintain our money. Poor support!!! Buyer Beware!!!
