Terrible service!

I bought nearly $4000.00 in furniture on Feb 23 from Fingertips in Willowbrook. I had been informed the furniture could be shipped because they obtained it however the newest day it'd maintain could be March 15. I called about March 12 to determine once the furniture could be shipped and was informed March 21 it'd maintain the factory. I quit a note for that salesman that didn't take some time to contact me back. I subsequently sent the client support division that didn't return my mail or phone. Subsequently on friday of a week ago I published a notice to Rodney Hand that's not been solved. I called again today and was informed all my furniture wouldn't maintain till May 30. I named nowadays to obtain a refund to see it requires 7 to 10 times to obtain the reimbursement. I've many concerns number 1 is how will you have furniture on the ground to market when it'll not maintain for three or four weeks. I believe that's false advertising. Fingertips has lost per month of my period. I've the cash togo and purchase furniture elsewhere but imagine if used to donot I'd need to delay over per month to buy furniture elsewhere. I believe Hand includes a fraud happening plus they would like to tie-up the cash of the clients. I believe each time I visit Willowbrook I'll visit Fingertips and simply walk-around telling their customers-they have to contemplate purchasing elsewhere since Fingertips lay about their shipping times.
