I have placed an order on the website for 3 tops and a ring on Sep. 28th
My order Number was: AE163570001439 - Payment by Credit Card
The sum was collected from me on Sep 29th - 94.35GBP
no confirmation e-mail for the purchased goods was sent, something to state that I have made an order from their site, lucky me that I managed to print out a receipt that appeared right after the order was made.
No contact by e-mail whatsoever happened for a whole month, got worried so I called them on the phone (International call from Saudi Arabia) they said they a lot of work to do and they are sorry for not shipping the order yet - I confirmed the address with them to make sure nothing wrong happens on the way here (please keep in mind that I have already made some other orders from (other websites) located in the UK, no problem occurred and the order was received approximately 21-25 days from placing the order, give it a full month to be fair. They said they will ship it next week (as in the period from Nov. 2nd to Nov. 7th) waited for an e-mail because I insisted on receiving the e-mail once they ship the goods but nothing happened. Called them on Nov. 5th only to find out for the first time that the items in which I have requested are out of stock (please note that it wasn't shown on the website, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them) all the 3 tops but the ring is available as they said. So I told them to cancel the order and keep the ring to ship it. They asked me to send them an E-MAIL stating that I wish to cancel the order and so I did. I asked them to send me an e-mail stating that the order has been canceled but they never did. I called them back again on Nov. 16th. - another lady answered me so rudely as if I'm not supposed to call them and said they have (shipped the ring on Nov. 11th) already - I said fine, why haven't you told me about it, she said they were busy to send me an e-mail to let me know that they have shipped the ring. About the refund - she said they have sent it to the refund department and they are in the process of approving the refund. Waited for a whole another month, sent them an e-mail saying I need a piece of information, they replied me back saying (your order has been canceled sorry for the inconvenient) sent them a reply back saying this e-mail is no help for me and I need serious information - they sent an e-mail saying (your ring has been sent on Nov. 11th, and your refund (will be being processed). Finally sent them a warning letter that if I don't receive the ring and the refund on Dec. 21st, I'll have to take another action rather than setting and waiting for something that will never happen. And here I am asking you to please help me to get my money back. I can send you the e-mails between me and them and I can also scan the receipt I've printed out and send it as well.
