Harrassing abusive argumentive phone calls, do not notify that information gathered will be used against you

Harrassing, abusive, argumentative telephone calls during business hours and will not take the fact that the person they are trying to call is not present when they call AND I am not authorized to give out additional phone numbers.

These people do not announce in advance that any information you give them can and will BE USED AGAINST YOU! As they are legally obliged to do so.

I have requested them to cease and desist, yet they continue harassing phone calls.

If any attorneys general and or class actions are being contemplated against this rip-off illegal operation, please notify me immediately!
