I have been doing business with these company for a couple of years. I have been unemployed for over a year and have continued to make my payments. They have not been on time, but never more than thirty days (or even 20 if I'm not mistaken), and now all of the sudden they have taken my car after just two weeks late. And want double the money. I have been working a temp job trying to obtain full-time employment and was not able to reach them during business hours, and they are saying that because I did not return their calls, they took my car. My payments were $25.00 which is more than the minimum that was required initially. They have changed their terms on more than one occassion, and have not had a problem until now about me making my payments late, but within reason. They are a rip-off, and can now sell my car and make a substantial profit because I owed them less than $170.00. Now they want almost double that to cover towing expenses. The woman told me that they were cracking down on payments, and denied my last payment after accepting many previous payments that were late as well. I was just told that they can deny renewal at any time, so if you plan to do business with them, BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR CAR 6 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS.
