Charged my Debit cart but product Not delivered

Our bank card was charged the moment i spot the order online for that flowers. When the blossoms where not delivered the company day it was suppose to be sent 12/07/09 i tried to call them in the number provided on the site 877-933-5895 and 301-933-5895 equally which were disconnected figures, and so i responded the conformation email two days in arow and didn't receive any reply ([email protected]). The blossoms weren't delivered about the 12/7 or 12/8 or 12/9. I have called my bank and disputed the amount. I am quite upset when i couldn't send flowers to my husband on the afternoon of our wedding... There-after i obtained disappointment notice about the mail i'd sent them the mail can't be delivered to the tackle... By 12/19 i'ven't noticed from them. They still have our money. The funny thing is they're sending me emails everyday for christmas specials and from the diverse email (response@efloristmktcom. Rsys3.com). Please don't place the order online with this website. I have educated teleflora because they are associated with them for utilizing their arrangements. And also approached bbb.
