I spent several hours trying to cancel 3 magazine subscriptions and was unable to talk to a human and the phone automated system would try and continue my subscription or start a new one when I attempted to cancel. I followed the instructions given to me and got absolutely nowhere.
I attempted to follow the instructions given by another person in the same position and was still unable to talk to a person, I was cut off before I could talk to someone.
Something needs to be done with these people. I have been forced to cancel my credit card so no charges can be posted by these people and I have written a letter to the address on the correspondence I received from Synapse Ventures.
Please help me to get this taken care of!!!
