First of all I don't even know how this subscription started because I am 100% sure that I did not agree for any subscription to continue after the trial period. From out of the blue I received a notice from Synapse Ventures, Inc.informing me that my subscription will continue and that I will be charged $32.00 (for one magazine), another $32.00 (for another), and another $23.00 (for another). Thats a total of $87.00 just for magazines. This is ridiculous!!!
I called the number provided for on the card, but the response was all automated. This did not provide for the option to totally stop the subscription. This is not right and is in violation of my right to cancel this order. Something has to be done to stop this fraudulent activity and ripping off innocent people of a lot of money.
