I had 3 "free" magazine subscriptions. A card was sent to me advising the "free" subscriptions were about to expire, so I called Synapse's automated phone system and cancelled renewal, receiving confirmation numbers for the 3 cancellations. Two were still charged to my credit card.
The 3 phone numbers I have for Synapse are all automated and there are no options allowing contact with a Synapse employee. When I selected the detailed explanation of the charges, it said it was for the 2003 subscriptions, which were supposed to be FREE!
How do I chase down this company???
