Placed a number of orders with DutyFreeDepot.com. Orders arrived with outrageous Customs Duty Tax imposed by Canada Customs. (Each carton of Gitanes cost $24 but $63 duty imposed.) Some items slipped through customs, and I kept notes on all orders. Sent messages detailing the number I received and refused to accept. I advised klikandpay.com, who promptly refunded $125 (aprox.) I felt they still owed me over $100
but nothing more came. 3 months later I ordered 1 carton of Gitanes. I noticed that the payment of $24 went through https://backoffice. Bardo-secured.com, and when they arrived, Customs wanted $75. After I emailed [email protected], I was advised that the item would not be reshipped and I lost $8 in the transaction, and that I could not have my money back - I could only use the $16 towards perfume or some other product.
