I placed an order with www.DutyFreeDepot.com over a year ago now. They only allowed eChecks and I had ordered from them before with no problems. I received an Email reply that my bank information didn't process and they asked me to enter it again, so I asked if I would have a duplicate charge and they said no. Still have all those Emails.
I entered my bank info again and they submitted both to my bank in the amount of $570. I was charged for several overdrafts that added up to another $170 because of the duplicate.
I sent them many Emails trying to get them to reimburse me and they kept saying they would (have all those Emails too).
I did make another small order which I received, but I put a stop payment on that eCheck. They are now threatening me with a lawsuit for non-payment on that order. I say bring it on.
Don't trust what they say or Email to you. I'll never buy from them again.
