Took my money and did not send my cigarettes. Never had a problem until now

I have ordered from this company for a long time and never had a problem. I ordered 4 cartons and they took my money and I did not get my cigarettes. I order them on 12/7/09 for $91.59. Does anyone know who to contact to get this taken care of?
