I have been doing business with this company for almost a year and no problems until now. Ordered on Dec 6 and e-check cleared my bank on Dec 8, but have not received the cigarettes.
I have emailed them with no response, their website is down, and phone # is disconnected. I received a confirmation email from them that the order was shipped on Dec 8, but the USPS tracking shows they only received billing information.
I contacted my bank and nothing can be done. My husband and I are on Social Security and this really HURTS!!
