Did not sent my cigarettes that i ordered

I ordered cigarettes from this company and they never sent them i tryed calling and it said that it was down for maintances and then i tried calling again and it said out of business so i wrote to the company to ask for a refund and i never got that so needless to say they took my money and never sent me the cigarettes. I ordered $520.00 dollars worth of cigarettes and i never recieved a refund nor cigarettes.
