Cashed my check 241.58 dec9th never received order cant get through by phone

I ordered 5 cartons of cigarrettes on dec 7th and representative said they required electronic check which I gave the info. Order was suspose to go out next day priority mail. Never received order and check amount of 241.58 cleared my bank on dec9th. Unable to contact co.By phone
