Cashed my check and sent no order - consumer fraud ripoff

I ordered a mini satellite dish for my father and paid by check on 4/9/02. Check cleared the bank on 4/16/02. After 2 months I sent an e-mail to them asking them where my order was. They replied by saying the item was backordered. We then received a postcard in the mail saying the item would be sent on 7/8/02. As of yet we still have not received our order. Almost 4 months and nothing yet.
