We ordered some parts from the internet site and mailed a check for the whole amount. The check was promptly cashed. When we called to check the status of the order the CS representative was irate and rude and hung the phone up. After over 15 attempts to reconnect, a different CS representative answered our questions in a professional manner and promised to ship the order next day. After a week went by we called again to check on our order and was met by mister not nice. He stated that we will not be getting our order nor our money back. Lucky for him I don't live in Indiana. Do not use this company!
