We placed an order from cd2u on dec 6th as we do twice a month which totaled $101.58. We recieved the invoice # via e-mail as usual. They took the money out of our checking account on dec 8th. We would normally get our order 2-3 days after that but have not as of yet recieved the order. We have tried several times daily to contact them but only get a recording at their number and the websight is saying it is down for maintainence. We have been dealing with this company for at least a year and have never had a problem but now it is obvious we have been ripped off for $101.58 and that is a real kick in the teeth with the troubled economy being what it is. I wish someone could advise me as to what to do about this because companies like this get away with this kinda stuff way too often and it needs to stop!!
