The movers on demand company ripped me off. They agreed on one price on the phone, a charge per hour and that was it with the minimum of 4 hours and when we got to the destination they gave me a bill that was not what agreed and they did not want to give me my properties if i did not pay and because they make you signed a paper that same day they push you to pay the crazy bill with insane surcharges like heavy items, special care, appliances, travel time and labor; of course when somebody is moving is necessary all this, it is obvious but they make you pay for this like they are extra from per hour charge. I had to call the cops on them because they did not want to give me my properties that at that time were inside the truck!!! The guy on the phone said pay the bill and that is it and he did not want to come to and agreement, because he knew i was a woman alone!!! After calling the cops and wait for them one hour after or more i had to pay have the bill and was not what agreed. They came late anyways that day, 4 hours late!!!
Do not hire them, it is a nightmare!!! Tell your friends!!!
