Customer service internet, overly charged, cheaters, crooked, bad ethics

I have been with verizonwireless going on 2 years now. I was late on my payment in oct so they charged me with a connection fee but also charged me with the internet when i never wanted the internet. When i first got my blackberry in feb i had the internet but cancled it. Now all of the sudden they are forcing me to pay an extra 29.99 a month when i didnt want or ask for this extra service. Last month it was 44.99 just for the internet plus my 39.99 for the plan i have. I have called and spoken to differnet people that cant and dont help me. They all are like robots that act the same way and repeat the same thing. They say its required for my phone even though I tell them i have not had the internet on my phone for almost 2 years they dont care. I am not getting anywhere with these people and now they are charging me for decembers internet service that i dont even use or want. Im paying for something i dont even use talk about waste of money. Can someone tell me what i should do. Thank you.
