Basically I just want to get the point of how horrible Verizon DSL tech support is and if anyone knows what I can do to fix the problem. Ive had many problems with them before mostly I have fixed them myself. Well this time my internet connection doesnt work because there is a problem with the line outside my house. Well after many pointless hours on the phone with people who can barely speak English it is very frustrating that I am paying for internet service and I dont even have it. The worst part is all the lieing they do, you talk to one person and they tell you one thing while another tells you something completely. Different. Ive spoken to one who told me they would send over someone to fix the line and they never did. I call and get no more help, im just so angry that I cant get this problem fixed and dont know who I can talk to, so the problem can get fixed. It's hard to explain more since im so angry and calling verizon is a waste of time and I wish i could just talk to their management but its impossible.
