Charged my credit card for product and did not send it, won't return emails or phone calls

Ordered video game on 11/21. Received email on 11/22 that my order was shipped. My credit card was billed on 11/23. I have never received the product. I have sent emails and have had no response. I left a voicemail and had no response. Today I tried to call again and the mailbox was full.
