Tica managed our cabin for about 1.5 years and almost immediately started payments to us 2 months late and eventually they were 6 months behind. I had to call every single month to try and collect. They wouldn't send statements but I knew it was rented a lot because my neighbors told me what was going on. We finally collected 3 months but they never paid up. The cabin was rented more than was reported and most of the time there was partying going on with more people than the cabin would hold. There were damages that were not explained, calls that weren't returned, double charges to us, un-necessary charges and excuses for everything from the only person that you could ever reach-the bookkeeper, who was always sick and rude when she answered the phone. I knew it was impossible that we were the only cabin that they managed that this was happening to... It was awful... These people are awful! We told them not to rent our cabin any longer and cancelled with them without receiving the balance of the money they owed us.
