We've exactly the same problem with Symatec. All, please send characters to Janice Chaffin, Team VP Consumer Business-Unit and cc A State Attoney workplace and Charge Card business. I contact Symatec Worldwide Head-Quarters at 650-527-8000. They'll not allow you to talk to a business repetition to try and resolve the payment problems. They'll not give a telephone number for DRI Symatec. Suggest that modify your charge card numbers and banking account numbers. Some how they're obtaining use of these details. I've delivered copies of the linked below grievances to my charge card business. We were struck with two costs on our charge card which were never approved by us. Jones - Michigan
