Charged multiple payments said to be estimated by previous bill due to not being able to get a meter reading

Recently i have been receiving outrageous disconnection notices from "Bounce Energy" my electric company without receiving a bill for that month. I have made multiple calls expressing that i haven't received a bill but a disconnection notice.

On feb 26 i received a letter telling me they could not get a proper meter reading. The meter is located in the back yard behind a wooden fence. I have an inside dog which is only outside to use the restroom. My wife is home all day taking care of my 3 year old and my 10 month old baby.

I am a service technician so i understand what it takes to make a service call to a residential home. There is no excuse to why the service technician can not knock on the door and ask to see my meter.

I have paid multiple disconnection notices including late fees due to not receiving a bill and each month it higher then the previous. On December 20 i received a disconnection notice of $257.18 and as of January 24 my disconnection notice reads $327.10.

I can understand a higher bill except for the fact that i have unhooked an A/C window unit, a regular size refrigerator and freezer, and also a mini refrigerator.

I have taken pictures of my meter and have all payment stubs i have previously paid. I have a family to care for and it is not right that a company can base a bill off of a previous bill while adding $70.
