Disconnection Notice

I called to pay my bill today, and i found out i have a disconnection coming in 2 days. I talked to someone earlier this month about my payment being a little late, so the lady told me as long as the bill is payed before the end of the month. So today i have talked to 2 people Elizabeth and Mark. Elizabeth told me it wasnt my fault that they had sent me 2 different bills with 2 different account numbers, so i was wondering which account do i pay. So Mark came on the line and said you have a disconnection notice coming in 2 days and i said WHY, and he said your bill is 1,200 so my bill went from 94.94 to 900.00 to 1,200 dollars in a month. Something needs to be done about this, cause this isnt the first time this has happened, and my payment is just late, so how did they come to this decision to cut my service off for 94.94! Please help me.
