I have read all these reports about NATN, and as a former employee, I have to laugh hysterically, basically because I know all these accounts are true. I worked as a c/s rep for almost a year, defending their products, offerring "free" long distance to consumers, knowing well enough that they weren't going to get them (We said free long distance for a week, when in actuality, the offer was 25% off the first month's bill - i certainly had to listen to hundreds of VERY upset consumers and their threats of legal action.)
I just wanted to add my 2 cents and to urge anyone that reads this to not enroll with these people. If you are already enrolled, cancel everything. You may have to cancel your debit card in order to get them to stop billing you. After I finally quit that job, I tried to cancel the "free" long distance I received as an employee. It was almost 4 years before I finally was able to get them off of my telephone bill.
