I had an existing reservation w / PODS and on October 16 my credit card was prematurely charged $461.82. You are required to pay a week prior to the PODS drop off & I was not supposed to be charged until that Monday Oct 19th.in my case I was going to be canceling the reservation all together.
Luckily I check my bank account daily & I called and spoke w / Bryan who stated they would refund the monies back into my account w/in the next 2 days. Come Tuesday Oct 21st, not only was my account not credited back but on top of that I was charged additional $461.82. I called back & requested to speak to a supervisor who then informed me there was a "computer glitch" & that the IT department was working on it & that I would be refunded the entire amounts in the next 2 days.
I could not wait another 2 days & requested the supervisor speak to my bank & then on a 3-way call had to request an immediate refund d/t the other financial obligations this ordeal was impeding me from addressing. The credits were issued, however, if I hadn't have checked my account I don't know that I would have been made aware of this "discrepancy". If you've done any business in the past or currently please check your accounts thoroughly.
