Ordered and paid for shoes over 2 weeks ago. The hit my credit card and never delivered. They don't answer e-mails or phone calls

I ordered boots from this company and paid for them on 11/15. They promise prompt delivery, 7-12 days, they hit my credit card and then never delivered. They don't answer or return calls or e-mails.
It seems to be nothing but an elaborate scheme. I'd avoid them.
