I ordered at four different times birth plates. They took my money, won't return e-mails or phone messages and the plates were never delivered. Said 2 to 4 weeks and it has been several months

I ordered 4 birth plates at 4 different times for my Mom to be sent as gifts. Was told 2-4 weeks for delivery. They charged her credit card and the plates were never received. They will not return phone calls or answer internet requests. The owner of the company is Cheryl Hill from Millbrook, AL
