Requested $9.95 trial bundle for 12-day trial. Received offer 2 weeks later and discovered I'd been already billed an aditional $99.10. No reference to the extra cost within the advertisment or about the mobile call to put the purchase. The test was suposed to begin after I received the the merchandise. I named to receive cost for unathorized costs and was informed there is nothing they might do except cancell my account that i never registered. Fieled problem using the BBB.
