Has other people had poor service-customer support from Johnis products of surbiton?
I've! The enameled links on my winter layer were completly removed of the color by Johnis products of surbiton, despite me spending money on a unique 'palm end' - at their recommendation - to avoid harm. Even though dry-cleaner fixed them after I got it back and reported, the accusing and intense perspective of the chef, Robert Helliwell, surprised both me along with other clients within the store.
The supervisor Robert Helliwell's reaction was to yell at me (actually) and bare faced lie-in declaring that it'd been coated to avoid harm and (the touch I cannont understand) that it had been my problem for spending the additional to get a more expert clear
Formerly I've had this layer unique dry-cleaned twice before, and there's been no harm. To recommend it had been my problem (why?) which I willnot have experienced it expert washed, was absurd! Terms failed me. He was equally intense and verbally violent, that we can't understand why.
A sleek aploogy, in the place of abuse, must have been the most obvious method to handle a person - and maintain my ongoing custom.
