The Cleaners said they could clean my wedding gown but did more damage than good. After three months of talking with the owner, my dress ended up at their lawyers office where I had to pay the full cost of the cleaning to get my dress back. The owner also wanted me to sign a release form after the damage was done and was holding my dress at their personal residense. Needless to say I have not signed the release form.instead of paying for the dress, the owner tried to redo beading, applique and black lint removal. The dress has been stitched with beads and the neck clasp is not the original product and does not stay together. There is still black lint stuck in seems and the beads that were re-done are not like the origianl look. All stitching look home made. I will be talking to my lawyer to see what needs to be done next.
