First, I spoke to them on the phone asked for instruction and verified what they told me in writing. I have been writing to them since last year.
I shipped merchandized with them to Dominican Republic and items were lost/stolen and broken. They do not want to pay for the broken or stolen items.
They were supposed to ship from door to door. I informed them that they did not provide me with the count of boxes that left my house and I was told that they would count at their office. I called their office and notified they told me not to worry but I was worried they took my merchandize and told me to sign a paper that they packed and took the merchandize. I have put all my conversation in writing with them and to this date I have not receive neither the money nor my merchandize.
They told me that in 3 weeks the merchandize would be delivered it was more than a month and it was not I flew down to get the merchandize out. They said they never make deliveries at night and they did. Their staff counted the boxes 3 three times and there were boxes missing. We never signed the paper that we received all our merchandize and they keep stating that we signed. I ask for copies and they never provide the copies.
