I ordered merchandize on Nov. 1 2008 confirmation #c184608. As of Jan 29 I was still being told merchandize was on back order at that time i cancelled order and asked for refund. I was told a reversal of of charges on my credit card would be submited whitch could take 10 to 14 days. When I called Jan 16 to find out why I had not recived credit I was told it would be resubmited and for me to wait anouther 10 to 14 days this is not satisfactery
