Kim Maruyama is a very conniving, disrespectful and dishonest agent. She steals, lies and cheats. She divulges highly private information and will backstab at any cost.
Do not, under any circumstances, EVER use this agent. You might think she's a nice person at first but she has done numerous, highly unethical things to clients and agents and should have her licence revoked immediately.
Warn your friends about this one!!! If they, or you, are an agent, buyer or seller for real estate in Hawaii, BEWARE of this woman! Look elsewhere for your agent if you don't want to be backstabbed or misrepresented.
