This realty company and its broker/agent Nancy Schroeter and Agent Todd Schroeter are guilty of listing, selling and brokering properties without legal deeds or titles. Further the NY State Licensing Department is investigating Springfield Center Realty, Nancy Schroeter and Todd Schroeter for deceptive practices, non-disclosure and fraudulent transactions. Nancy Schroeter and Todd Schroeter will most likely lose their real estate licenses as well as face criminal and civil charges. Do yourself a favor as a purchaser, seller, or other broker, stop all dealings with springfieldcenter realty unless you too must start legal action against them to recover your losses.
