Unwritten return policy

I chose to return a-1 week-old gift-card I bought. I'd my unique bill, the initial gift-card, along with a good drivers permit whilst the return policy claims.

The cashier who helped me didn't understand how to approach this kind of deal so she named the supervisor. The supervisor mentioned he was not sure just how to do that, he quit for around 1 second and returned and stated, "no I am sorry gift-cards aren't refundable" I requested to determine the plan on that since the just one I - can observe was about the back of my bill and about the partition wall behind the cashier and neither one of these says something on 'no results on gift-cards if you should be the initial customer'. Exactly why is this? Nobody could show me the plan. Just how can the supervisor not understand, then return 1 second later and start to become really positive you CAn't. All of the supervisor held declaring was that it had been their plan by their corporate workplace.

It was just the 2nd period I walked in to the Interest Lobby, and that I will soon be certain to not return. Our visit to create the return was an overall total waste of my period, I dislike likely to that aspect of city and nobody there could make any feeling of the problem.

Easilyam wrong then I - can take that, but I certainly don't think Iam within the incorrect.
