I ordered wallpaper and was told it was backordered and received email stating they were reprinting the paper. Asked for a refund. Never received. Emailed numerous times, phoned numberous time (countless times), no response. Still have not received a refund for my purchase of ~$75. (it has been 3months now). I am a single mom trying to get my money back.
