I am having a huge problem with this company. My bill arrives 2 weeks before the due date. I mail the payment immediately and although all of my other bills reach their destination, these somehow take 2-3 weeks to be processed. I then incur the late fees everyone else has been talking about. I am frustrated and angry and want to see this matter resolved. Please help!
