Old Blue House Inc. They took 69.00 out of my checking account with debit card for a tutu for my grandaughter back in Feb. 09 and never sent my order. I have emailed them several times and get no response

I ordered a tutu for my granddaughter back in Feb. 09. I used a debit card on my bank account for $69.00 They took my money and never sent my order. I Have emailed them several times but get no response. They do not list a address or phone number on thier wbsite.
