I order a Elmo tutu and bow in January didnt receive it. I emailed the company in June about my order serveral times and get that my order was sent but than will be sent again! The last time i emailed the company i got a sorry and my tutu will be sent AGAIN and also they were getting rid of a bunch of items and tell her the size and they would also send them to me. I hav not bothered with this company since January due to the fact they are always giving me excuses over and over!
