I purchased ice cream, pizzas -shrimp and other products from schwans, I had been doing this for months, nothing different. The driver would put the product in the freezer in the garage and I would pay him. This time was different, he put the product in the freezer-which wasnt cold and the product was ruined. Schwans was to replace the product but never showed up to do so, after months of being lied to by the company I filed complaints with the attorney general and better busisness bureau. They have offered to give me reimbursement of 134.36-wholsale for the product-I paid retail!!!
These people are liars and thieves!!! I have 6 children and cant afford to be ripped off. The took my money and ran. They lied to the attorney general that I stopped payment on the check-if I had done that how did they cash it???
They are liars and thieves-dont deal with schwans!!!
