Fired for running dual routes set up by company only the company can setup dual route

I work for schwans for 25 years and was put on a dual route system that was setup by schwans only schwans can set this system up. I was fired with my partner and my manager. This company was a good be for marvin pass away but all liers are running company. The depot was running about 28 trucks be for i was fired and only about 15 now.
