I was just like the others mistreated by smartstyle, they are one of the largest salons that have treated people as slaves i would not treat anything or anyone in this manner, they hire people with no exp. I was a mngr. At thir salon i could not beleve the people who wre above me that had no clue on rules. Of scedualing hiring they onley were hierd because no one with any knoledge of salon ethic would work for smartstyle... The people they hire are right out of school with no training... One of the girls that was hired by them misused a product that maid a girls hair burn and fall out. This is not fair to people who pay to have services done. I wish there was an atterny reading these reports who would like to repersent us in this day and age no one should be treated this way. And also repersent consumers i worked 11hour days in the salon with no lunch break. I ask you what co treats people this way we had to keep quiet or we would loose our jobs unfortunatley the econemy is bad so smartstyle gets to treat people this way it's not human what they do to everyone. They maike up false documentation to do as they please i wish there was a lawyer who red this and asked all the people wo was mistreated to come forth they would make a fortune... There is so much more that people don't know about smartstyle. I totally agree on every other complaint that was field. So maney people have left the co. On stress it's not funny somone has to do somthing... This cant continue we worry about other countrys not treating people right this company is in the us we need put a stop to the abuse. Thank you
