This company not only includes a deceptive "membership fee" anytime you sign up to buy flowers, the customer service is downright abusive. I called to cancel the membership fee as soon as I saw it had been charged to my credit card. I was told to "listen to the customer service rep" (Jody) before I could cancel. Jody told me the charges were my fault and I interrupted to tell her it didn't matter whose fault it was, I wanted the membership canceled. She then put me on hold because I wasn't listening! When she came back, she asked me if I was ready to listen!? The conversation only got worse and I have yet to receive a confirmation that the membership was canceled. This is such a sad way to bilk money out of people.
